Every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to create a seamless, personalized experience for each guest. In order to honor the time and preparation that goes into each booking, the following policies apply: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure appointment. This retainer is applied toward total service balance and guarantees reserved time. The remaining balance is due on the day of service. If you must reschedule, retainer may be transferred once if 48 hours notice is provided. Appointments canceled or rescheduled after 48 hour window will forfeit retainer. Cancellations or changes must be made no later than 48 hours before scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled service(s). No-shows will be charged 100% of scheduled service(s). After three (3) consecutive cancellations, future appointments will no longer be accepted. Two (2) consecutive cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.
